How long will it take to receive my order?

Order Processing
- All orders are made with care and dedication. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and fulfillment before your order is shipped.

Shipping Orders
- Once fulfilled, Australian orders typically ship within 1 week. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on the way.
- For international orders, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and location customs. Delays may occur that are out of our control.

Shipping Provider
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Final Gambit is not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details submitted at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer must contact us at support@finalgambit.com to arrange a resolution. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a refund for the item(s)excluding the original shipping fee.

Order Confirmation
- If you haven’t received a confirmation email within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it? Reach out to us at support@finalgambit.com.

Can I get a refund on my order?

Return & Refund Policy
- We offer a 14-day return window. If you'd like to request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to process any return or exchange requests.

Eligibility Criteria
- To qualify for a return items must be damaged or defective upon arrival. Returns for other reasons, such as ordering the wrong size, are generally not accepted

If the item is damaged or defective:

-  Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
-  Tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging
-  You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

If your return is approved:
-  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
-  Final Gambit will only refund the cost of the item(s)
-  Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Please note:
- Returns due to ordering the wrong size are not accepted, We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing guide before purchasing.

-  Your order number
-  The reason for your return or exchange request

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.
